• The renter agrees to operate the motorbike safely, responsibly, and in accordance with Vietnamese law at all times.
• The rider and all passengers must wear a helmet at all times, as required by Vietnamese law.
• The renter must not consume alcohol or drugs while operating the motorbike.
• The motorbike may be used only for personal transportation and must not be used for racing, delivery services, or any illegal activities.
• Only the renter is permitted to operate the motorbike. Subleasing or lending the motorbike to others is not allowed.
• The motorbike may not be taken off Phu Quoc Island without prior approval from the rental company.
• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and violations incurred during the rental period.
• The renter agrees to park the motorbike securely, use the steering lock when unattended, and take reasonable care to prevent theft or damage.
• The renter is responsible for keeping the motorbike key secure at all times. A replacement fee will apply if the key is lost.
• The renter must not modify the motorbike in any way, including mechanical changes, stickers, or added accessories.
• The motorbike will be inspected upon return, and the renter is responsible for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage during the rental period.
• The motorbike must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.
• Early return of the motorbike does not qualify for a refund.
• Late returns will be charged 50,000 VND per hour beyond the agreed return time.
